Moncha Beverage Company: Naturally Complementing Flavors
As Poke Guru garnered popularity, our vision expanded dynamically. Recognizing the potential for a natural beverage pairing, we gave birth to Moncha Beverage Company. Amidst the quietude of the pandemic, we delved into the world of unique loose-leaf teas sourced from single-origin farms in China. These carefully selected teas, cold-brewed and canned, serve as a delightful complement to our meals. Available both wholesale and at our eateries, they add an extra layer of refreshment to your dining experience.
Rolli: A Fresh Perspective on Sushi
The evolution continued with the creation of Rolli, an innovative sushi experience born from a love for traditional Japanese cuisine infused with cutting-edge culinary techniques. In a city boasting an established sushi scene, Rolli stands out by infusing classic sushi with new, eclectic flavors. This unique approach adds both taste and visual appeal to every dish.

This place is amazing! I got the Mango Tango roll and the Yum Yum Yam roll and they were both absolutely delicious. The sushi was so fresh and the vibe is so cool at this spot!

Best place to get Poke Guru is at this location. They are generous with portions and you can make your own bowls however you like! The food is always fresh and the employees are super friendly! The AMP is a fun place to go for lunch and Poke Guru makes it even better!
